General Terms & conditions

Article 1: General

The present general terms and conditions are applied to every offer, product and finalize the agreement between the supplier “Monaco Event F1” and the client.
These terms and conditions of sales specify in particular the conditions of ordering, payment, delivery and cancellation.
Offers and quotations are free of obligation and are made through our website or through email or any written means.

Article 2: How to order

If the client wants to place an order, he has to fill, according to the information provided online, the form available and should provide all necessary information for his identification including full name, mailing & invoicing address, telephone number and e-mail.
The client will definitively validate his order when the light summary will be displayed on the screen by clicking to demonstrate its commitment and acceptance of the general conditions of sales.
All orders placed with “Monaco Event F1” will be confirmed to the client by sending a confirmation of order with invoice within 7 days in the following ways: e-mail or mail.
In case the product or service is on request, prices may vary depending on availability. The client will be informed and will receive an other offer. The client is free to cancel his order within 7 days in case the product or service does not suit to his expectation.
Ordered and paid tickets or services such as hotel rooms, hospitality package, transfers etc…, are not subject to price increase. Only “on request” services may be subjected to a price variation.

Article 3: Payment & obligation

All purchases made on the website: www.monacoeventF1.com shall be payable on the order. Full payment has to be made through credit card upon order date.
If payment is not made by credit card, the client has 7 days from the invoice date to make a bank transfer to confirm his order. A copy of the bank transfer (from the Bank) must be faxed to Monaco Event F1 (+377 93 50 43 27). After this delay, the order will be cancelled.
To avoid any dispute on the amount paid by the client, “Monaco Event F1” always addresses the client a confirmation of his order with an invoice.
“Monaco Event F1” reserves the right to suspend any order and/or delivery if the authorization of payment has been refused by credit card or by bank transfer or in case of non-payment or fraud. In the event of fraud, the supplier will sue them.
The client’s claims and obligations regarding the supplier become due on demand in the case of bankruptcy, suspension of payment or curatorship.

Article 4: Prices & Taxes

The following credit cards are accepted: Credit Card, Visa Card, Mastercard.
Regarding bank transfer, it has to be made in the currency indicated by the supplier on the invoice. Bank fees are at the client’s charge.
The selling prices of the products are denominated in euros, V.A.T. included (€).

Article 5: Tickets Delivery

Tickets delivery will be made at the address specified on the website through UPS Express Delivery, unless indicated otherwise.
The client is responsible for taking delivery of the purchased products when they are at his disposal or when they have been handed over to him. If the client refuses to take the delivery of the purchased products, or if he fails to give the necessary information to their delivery, the products will be stored at the client’s risk and he will owe all additional costs.
The shipping fee for the F1 tickets is fixed at 20 euro for France, 25 euro for close European countries and 30 euro for the rest of the World and charged directly with the order.
An email will inform the client once the tickets have been sent out. Please note that the tickets will be sent from April until 2 weeks prior to the event.
“Monaco Event F1” is not responsible if UPS does not abide the delay of delivery. The client will have to inform “Monaco Event F1” about it. The client is responsible.
In the case the client does not pay for the shipping delivery, the F1 tickets will be automatically available in our office in Monaco a week before the event. An e-mail will inform the client about the pick-up address, and the office opening and closing hours.

Article 6: F1 services obligations

Regarding the booking of all F1 services (accommodation, transfers, private balconies, evenings etc….), the client must provide “Monaco Event F1” with all necessary information regarding the organization of the event maximum14 days prior to the event:
- Rooming list
- Participant names
- Dates of arrival and departure

The supplier will not be held responsible if this necessary information were sent late and thus produce a dysfunction or problem in the organization of the event.

Article 7: Cancellation

Paid Formula 1 Grand Prix tickets and/or services are neither refundable nor exchangeable, unless indicated otherwise.
A written letter, fax or email must be sent for any cancellation to the address, fax or email indicated above. The cancellation will be confirmed at the date of the reception of the letter, fax or email.

Article 9: Applicable law

The Monegasque law will apply to each and every agreement between the supplier “Monaco Event F1” and the client.
