A place steeped in history and emotion
Our F1 Club is an exclusive, temporary venue set up specially for the duration of the Formula 1 Grand Prix de Monaco at the Villa Casa Mia, covering more than 800 m2 of the stunning complex to offer a dream setting. The former residence of the Singer family, which made its fortune in sewing machines, the Villa Casa Mia has been home to the Princess Grace Dance Academy since 1975. It is a sporting mecca in Monaco, and regularly plays host to young dancers from all over the world.
The Villa is designed in an inspirational Belle Epoque architectural style. Its pink walls are a blend of open stonework and plasterwork. The beautiful double bay windows, columns and roof lend the building its inimitable character and cachet. The Villa was the natural choice for Incentive Concept, with its unrivalled views of the track, large, airy interiors and grounds. There is a sumptuous patio area edged with an arcade, with vast terraces, verdant gardens and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Hospitality at its finest
The Villa enjoys a strategic position immediately above Sainte-Dévote Chapel, offering our spectators fantastic views of the finish line, Sainte Dévote Corner, the whole Port of Monaco and the Tabac corner, all the way to the swimming pool. Our lounges are tastefully decorated in a baroque style, for the ideal cosy and comfortable feel of a private villa. To ensure guests are able to follow every moment of the race and see replays of the best action, there are television screens in the lounges.
We strive to preserve the spirit of the house, making it a truly convivial and refined place to be, centred on three priorities: sport, art and wellness. Our guests come both to follow the Grand Prix and to enjoy the range of other activities on offer.
Sport: the spectacle of the Formula 1 Grand Prix de Monaco, naturally, a chat with a former F1 driver (in 2019 we hosted Felipe MASSA), and a F1 simulator to get a taste of the action from a driver's perspective.
Art exhibition: throughout the day in presence of the artists, including Valerie Durand as well as Multi Art Gallery contemporary art, or a live music performance.
Wellness: Take time out for yourself and relax in the expert hands of our reflexologist or massage therapist from Atman institute-qualified osteopaths, treat yourself to a luxurious manicure or enjoy a make-over by our makeup artist (www.lizbombenmakeup.com).
